Sunday Link Sharing

Date August 26, 2007

One of the things I love about blogging to the masses is the ability to give ‘kudos’ to other bloggers in the blogosphere. So let’s take a short break from the hardcore ‘make money online‘ advice and focus on the little gem’s other bloggers have been posting:

  • The Secret to Getting Others to Talk About You - Ankesh Kothari does a great job at summing up what it takes to gain popularity and credibility as a blogger. He covers topics including buzz marketing, relationship building, and reader reward theories that will make your blog’s popularity soar.
  • The Trick to Making More Money Through Firefox Referrals - Have you noticed the elegant yellow bar above my header image if you are visiting Daily Moolah using Internet Explorer? Dj Flush from Sizlopedia gets all the credit for coding this unique and unobstructive method for converting IE users to Firefox. Clearly, it’s better :)
  • How To Create 50,000 Links in 11 Weeks - BlogStorm provides an in-depth coverage of how it went from 0 to 50,000 links in 11 weeks. Patrick Atloft talks about the 7 phase approach that any blog can take to be just as successful.
  • Web Master Goodies & Resources - Designer Folio brings the best design resources as always. Various useful code snippets, developer icons, and advertising resources.
  • 7 Ways to Get More Weekend Traffic - Maki from Dosh Dosh has a great writeup on generating more weekend traffic. I’ve already been following these tips, and can testify that they work very well.

Well, that’s great. I’ve read them all and started applying them for some of my sites. Hope they will pay off soon. I really need a bigger ROI. :)
